How to book a property you like
If you see a property you like, we encourage you to email us and we will place your inquiry on a waiting list. Your inquiry will be acknowledged immediately, and if we have information regarding the property, we will share this with you. Your inquiry will remain on our list for about 3 months. Your phone number would be appreciated.
Property Showings
Out of respect for our tenants, we generally do not show a property when it is occupied. We think you would appreciate this if you were one of our tenants. However, once Notice is given, Missouri law allows the property to be shown on the last month. We generally do this during normal daytime hours M-F, sometimes on Saturday.
How to reserve
Once we know for certain a property will be available and you are sure you want it, we will hold said property with a Security Deposit. No rent or pet deposit is due until the first day of Lease.
The “Available Now” list changes frequently. So, if you see a property you like, contact us to check if it might be available even though we may not have updated our list.
