There are four
large loft apartments in the
Olive Street Building, which is located downtown in the center-city
entertainment district. Parts of this building date to the 1880's. It
was completely renovated in 1989 with all new mechanical improvements,
such as electrical, plumbing and heating/air conditioning and has been
also up-graded in 2007. Bill
Graham, the renovator, saved many original architectural features.
Improvements and updates
in 2006 include newly carpeted hallways and stairways, also new
Maytag laundry equipment. All four lofts are on the second floor, thus
providing extra privacy and added security. Each loft is unique,
but all have luxurious amenities. All units have off-street parking, a
security inter-com from the apartment to the
main entrance, central vacuum, and central heat and air, also a laundry
room is available for use by the tenants.
There is usually a waiting list for applicants as turnover is minimal.
