Wise House is approximately 100 years old, located in an older, established neighborhood. It is a few blocks west of Missouri State University campus, and is near the MSU free shuttle bus which transports students to the main campus and downtown branches of the university. Wise
House, with its two bedrooms and high ceilings, retains much of its
