Robberson Apartments is a fairly new 2 story building with three basic floor plans. It is an all electric building with 2 large parking lots security lighting, and attractive landscaping. Amenities vary slightly by apartment.

All apartments are carpeted.

Kitchen is equipped with an electric range, built in microwave oven, dishwasher, and a stainless steel sink with a garbage disposer.

Each apartment has an outside private patio suitable for BBQ and socializing.

Central heat and air conditioning.

Two large parking lots, one on each end of the building,  provide adequate parking for each resident. Both lots are lighted at night.

Central laundry room with 2 Maytag washers and 2 Maytag dryers. Apartments #6 & #9 has their own Maytag stacked washer and dryer.

Tennant pays electric only, the landlord provides water/sewer and trash.
 


Floor plans and amenities vary slightly by each apartment:

1) One Bedroom  $475.00 per month.

Apartment #9 is on the ground floor, on the west side of the building. The living room, dining room and kitchen  is the same as the other apartments; however, the bedroom is extra large and has two closets. Two persons can live comfortably in this apartment. It is handicapped accessible, with a larger than usual bathroom. Maytag washer and dryer is included in the apartment, as is a built in microwave in the kitchen. All utilities paid except electricity which the tenant pays.

2) Two Bedroom  $450.00 to $460.00 per month.

    (A) $460.00 per month

Apartments #2, #5, and #7 have similar amenities as others in the building, except they have an extra shower in the master bathroom. #2 is on the ground floor and  entry is thru the glass enclosed lobby. It also has a wrought iron enclosed patio.

 #5 and #7 are on the second floor, each has a balcony.

    (B) $450.00 per month

Apartments #1, #3, #8 and #10 are ground floor apartments with a living room, dining room and kitchen plus two bedrooms and 1½bath. These apartments have added privacy and security due to the enclosed glassed-in lobbies. The enclosed lobbies provide extra protection from the weather, increased security, and also assist in controlling utility expense.

Apartments #1, and #8, which face Robberson Avenue,  have a wrought iron privacy  fence and gate (see photo).

    (C) $450.00 per month

Apartments #4, #11 and #12 are second floor, two bedroom units with 1½ baths.

    (D) $550.00 per month

Apartment #6 is on the second floor, southwest corner. 2 bedroom, 1½ baths, all appliances, including a washer and dryer.
 

All ground floor apartments have  decorative wrought iron window guards.

Apartments on the north and south sides of the building have awnings on the windows.
