The Madison Apartment Building is an older, colonial style, single story building, located a few blocks west of the MSU Campus. Having been newly remodeled, the apartments are roomy, comfortable and nicely appointed.  All apartments have been upgraded with new  "Pella" energy-saving windows, and solar powered bathroom lighting. Each apartment has gas fireplace logs and attractive walnut paneling. All apartments are air conditioned and include a washer and dryer. The kitchens have also been upgraded with new birch cabinets and include electric ranges, built-in microwaves, under the counter lighting and other distinctive features.

Kitchen equipped with electric stove, built-in microwave, under the counter lighting, refrigerator w/icemaker, dishwasher, stainless steel sink and garbage disposal. There is a dining area suitable for  a table and 4 chairs.

Oak floors and ceramic tile in most apartments.

Central heat and air conditioning.

Off-street parking available for tenants (guest may park on the street). 

Security lights are provided in the parking lot and at each front door (all operate on a photo cell).

All apartments have new PELLA windows.
